Check out what our team is up to at TriCON:

February 20: Democratizing Cancer Data to Accelerate Discovery

The Cancer Genomics Cloud (CGC), part of the NCI Cloud Pilot project, democratizes access to The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), one of the world’s largest cancer genomics datasets. By hosting TCGA in the cloud, the CGC removes the need to download data, enables easy querying, and provides computational resources for custom analyses. We discuss its design and the avenues of discovery which it enables.

February 20–22: Visit Us in the Exhibit Hall

Meet us at booth 331 in the exhibit hall to talk about how we make data usable for research and a demonstration of how to immediately explore massive biomedical datasets on the Seven Bridges Platform and the Cancer Genomics Cloud!
