Permanent Tee Time Program

Yes, it's possible to reserve a permanent preferred tee time for your group! We invite you to read the information provided below to see how this special program can benefit your company, social group, or player group.

Payment due required to Sign-up

• For the 2010 season, permanent times are currently available from 6am to 8:30am. If you are interested in reserving a future permanent tee time please contact Autumn Gilliam at (630) 964-7867.
• On Sunday March 1^st, 2010 at 9a.m. at the Seven Bridges Golf Shop will be open, any additional permanent tee times becoming available through the renewal process will be sold on a first come - first served basis.

• All returning 2009 permanent tee time holders are eligible to renew their assigned permanent time for 2010. To secure their time for 2010, all 2009 permanent tee time holders must pay for their time in full by Saturday February 28^th 2010.

• The permanent tee time fee for the entire foursome must be paid in full at the time of sign up. One player may sign up the entire foursome.
• Credit Cards will be accepted (Visa, Master Card, and American Express)
• Checks are to be made payable to: Seven Bridges Golf Club.

• As a prerequisite to having a permanent tee time, each foursome is expected to KEEP PACE by finishing the 18^th hole within 10 minutes of the group ahead, or by playing in no longer than four hours & 20 minutes. Foursomes who do not continually KEEP PACE will lose their permanent tee time WITHOUT REFUND.
• Foursomes must report to the starter no later than 15 minutes before their scheduled tee off time. Failure to report will permit Seven Bridges to consider you as a “no show” and sell your tee time that day without refund.
• Soft spikes are preferred and collared shirts are mandatory at Seven Bridges Golf Club.
• Permanent tee time foursomes are expected to play at their assigned starting time “rain or shine,” unless the Golf Course Superintendent or Head Golf Professional closes the course. In the event that the course closes, foursomes will be issued a credit for golf. Credits may be redeemed on any day of the remaining golf season, provided a tee time is available. No rain checks will be issued for the following permanent tee time season.
